Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For a number of reasons I have decide to take on the Aberfeldy Middle Distance Triathlon (Swim 1.9km Cycle 90km Run 23km) !

1 to remember a great friend

2 to raise money for a good cause and

3 to challenge myself

This event will certainly push me out of my comfort zone and i would very much appreciate if you would support me with whatever you can.

The charity i have chosen to support is an Edinburgh based cancer research project looking at why and how cancer spreads to other parts of the body. This seems to be the biggest challenge in successfully treating cancer  and saving lives. Professor Margaret Frame is an expert in this aspect of cancer research. Her ground breaking work at the Edinburgh Cancer Research UK Centre will open new doors to finding ways to stop cancer in its tracks and improve survival for patients.
