New year...New challenge 

This year on June 8th/9th Karen Frankel and Claire Andrews will be taking on 'The Jurassic Coastal Walk' which is a 100km walk along the Dorset coast line. 

We have chosen to raise money and awareness for the charity 'Mind'. Working in a mental health hospital we see a variety of mental health illnesses on a daily basis. 'Mind' is a charity that is not promoted enough, it is there to advise people with all kinds of mental illnesses. They offer a service called 'Elefrinds' which is a phone service where they provide peer support to tens and thousands of people, giving them a voice with local councils and government. 

It is easy to become isolated and hide away. 

'Mind' do an amazing job, please help us raise as much as possible to support them to support others.

Our aim is to raise a minimum of £600.
