Story

Hi all you lovely people!

A Big Big Thank You!

Just to let you all know I successfully completed the Brighton Marathon and had a fantastic day.  I finished in 4 hours 18 minutes, which is quicker than my predicted time so I am really pleased about that.  I had a totally brilliant time - what a wonderful feeling. Weather was perfect and the crowds were amazing.  I felt really strong the whole way round and despite the 'normal' funny walk coming down stairs the next day (!) I feel great and am still on a high over a week later.

And most importantIy, I  have also exceeded my fundraising target of £600 and believe that I will have raised more than £1000!  I cannot thank you all enough  - your generosity and kindness have been overwhelming and I know I speak for Alzheimer’s Society when I say again how truly grateful we all are.

Thank you very much. xx

And remember if there is anyone out there who has not donated yet and would like to, this page is open for another couple months - so go for it!!
