I am 57 years old, and until now have been overweight and unfit and have never done any long distance running.  However,I have started to get myself into shape to raise money for Cardiff & Vale Health Boards plans to raise money to provide an outside area at Llandough hospital which will provide a relaxing area for patients, visitors and staff.  The "Orchard appeal" will provide this area with apple trees, a meadow, a bee keeping area, bug hotels, walks and much more within this 7 acre area. I am a firm believer in providing this wellbeing area for everyone within the hospital.
