Maggies centres give amazing support to cancer patients, family members, friends and colleagues. Anyone that has been affected by cancer can access all the support for free. The support they give when you or someone you love and care about is going through the worst time in their life is vital. 

My husband David would visit our Maggie’s Southampton centre sometimes after his hospital appointments and go the men’s cancer group on a Friday. They provide a peaceful/calming space to relax and safe place to talk, and offer various therapy groups. I went to Maggie’s during his illness and have continued to go after David passed away. The support they have provided me since he passed has been a lifeline to me. A place where people understand and feel less alone is amazing and I have met some incredible people here.  

I have signed up to walk 100 miles throughout April to raise awareness and some money for this amazing charity. If you can please donate, every little helps 🥰
