On the 13th August 2019 my twin brother Michael passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 26. 

After 7 months of waiting a post mortem was inconclusive but suggested it could have been the result of a sudden arrhythmia. This is known as Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

On 1st August a group of Michaels family and friends are taking on the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in his memory.
