Those of you that know me well will know I've had long hair for over 30 years.  Its my crowning glory and everyone recognises me by it.  However, I have 2 friends whose lives have been significantly touched by cancer in recent months so this is for them. 

Donating my hair to be made into a wig is a gesture that is heartfelt and one which will help a child less fortunate then myself.  I also hope to raise the profile of this wonderful charity that quietly does so much for children who are affected by cancer.

My event has now happened and I'm delighted with my new style thanks to Paul and the team at The Works, at Redhouse Village Centre.  Its been a great day and I look forward to watching you all double take when you see me next.  Thanks all for your tremendous support.
