Billie-Jo would like to follow in her big sister, Felicity’s footsteps and have her long locks cut off to donate to The little Princess Trust to be made in to a real hair wig for a child or young person who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
Felicity has cut her long locks off 3 times so far and raised over £1200 for this charity. Now Billie-jo is about to turn 6 she has decided it’s her turn to take the lead and make another little princess smile by donating more than 10 inches of her hair.
Billie-Jo’s hair will be cut by the amazing Andrea at SalonAP, in Alnwick Northumberland at a date arranged once Billie-Jo has raised enough money to cover the price of a wig to be made for a child.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
