Story

Following on from the the amazing day we had last year and also the fun everyone had we are organising a rematch day on Sunday 7th May 2023. Kick off is at 2pm , Followed by a raffle and auction. As you all know Louey was more at home in the pool than on a pitch but this was such a lovely way to bring people together to support our fund. He would have loved helping organising it. We were so proud of the event last year and so grateful for everyone’s support and love. Not just then but over the last 19 months

We have started a supporter fund in Loueys name with the Brain Tumour charity. The main benefit of creating this fund is that 100% of the fundraised money goes to towards our chosen area of research which is Paediatric brain tumours. None of the funds raised in Loueys name will be used for any administrate or governance costs within the charity. We will at a later date have a supporter page you  can all follow.

I don't know what target to aim for, all I know is that I want Loueys memory to be used for some good and children's Brain tumours need much more research to help diagnosis and treat. For us so much more awareness is needed, these so called rare things just don't seem to be that rare anymore. Not just for people like us to be aware but the medics as well, if not more so.

Also if anyone wants to raise any money doing anything in our Loueys name it can go in his fund . It would be so much appreciated.

Thank you for all your support and love over the 19 months  xx
