Having taken part in a British Heart Foundation 10k run at Blenheim Palace nearly 16 months ago (...and a baby later), I feel it is time to dust off the running shoes and raise some more money to continue the fantastic work they do.

It's nearly been 17 months since Dad had his triple heart by-pass, which has made a remarkable difference to him.  This year Dad is participating in the 10km event too, which is a credit to the work carried out by BHF (... there is a risk that he will do better than me!!)
