My name is Karen Doherty, I am a Counsellor for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, I have set myself the challenge of kayaking from Donaghadee, Northern Ireland, to Portpatrick, Scotland on Friday 29th June 2012 and returning the next day.

The paddle is a total of 44 miles to and from Scotland!
