Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.     Some of you may remember last September I cycled the Coast to Coast - 140 Miles - in 4 days to raise money for Dementia Care as my uncle unfortunately died from this and i wanted to do something to raise awareness.

This year i am cycling the "Way of the Roses" - 175 miles in 3 Days commencing Thursday 17th September 2015.
