We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to stop women dying from breast cancer.

Story

WE DID IT!! The whole experience was just fantastic - what an event! From the very start we had a great time - the Geordies know how to get things going - the organisation of the whole Great North Run was amazing and such fun. This was the first Half Marathon all three of us have done so we did not know what to expect - Peter ran with the fastest time in 2 hours 5 minutes, Karen in 2 hours 15 minutes and Archie in 2 hours 17 minutes - we were very pleased with ourselves for our first event and now need to do another to beat our times!

Thank you all very very much indeed for sponsoring us - we are so appreciative of all your generosity and to have reached our sponsorship target for the Breast Cancer Campaign is brilliant - we could not have done it without everyone's help so thank you all.

We will post some photos here and on our Facebook and Twitter pages - you can find these pages from the www.ahume.co.uk Home Page!

Many thanks again

Archie, Karen and Peter
