Story

On 9th sept 2017 ella will be 10yrs old. It will also be 10yrs since ella started recieving care and treatment from Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital.
10 seems like such a big number and a big milestone, especially after the 1st bit of info i got the prognosis wasnt good as stated death before age of 5. Without all the care and treatment ella has recieved she would not be here today being the amazing determind crazy funny n caring girl she is. Ella is just as grateful, as us for all her care and despite these runs being physically challenging and painfull for her she loves doing them to help the hospital. Ella couldnt stand or walk unaided until she was nearly 8yrs old and requires the help of walking frame and wheelchair due to her mobility issues so this is a big challenge for her.
As 10yrs is such a milestone and ella is always asking to do more runs we thought rather than 1 run ella is going to push her abilities and do lots of runs to total 10k startin on 9th sept her actual birthday. She wants to do this on her birthday to help showing how much she apreciates her care and willingness to help such a worthy cause thats been part of all her life and was her 2nd home for so long.
These runs will run over the next year 1st run starting in newcastle.
Thankyou for spending time visiting my page and reading please continue to show your support for a very strong girl and a deserving charity please feel free to share
Thanks x
