Ebony & I would like to get fit this August and raise some money for the Samaritans at the same time. Ebony has been great company  to me over the past year and with the support of my family, I was able to get through lockdown. Not everyone is as lucky as me and need charities like the Samaritans. Please give whatever you can so their important work continues during these difficult times.
