On Sunday I am taking part in the Havens to Havens Sponsored Walk to raise money for our local Hospice.  I am doing this in aid of my dear friend Carol who passed away recently.  Carol was  my regular walking buddy and I will miss her very much on the day but know she will be with me in spirit every step of the way and she will be watching all her friends at the pub after raising a glass to her memory.  So if you have any spare coppers please give generously.
