As I know so many people whose lives have been touched by Cancer in one way or another, in particular a very dear friend and her family, so when it was suggested that I might want to support a certain young lady in her task to enter this challenge there was no way I was going to say no, so inspiring.

We have entered The Cotswold Ladies Novice Mini Triathlon; this involves a 200m open water swim, 20k cycle and finally a 2.5k run around the lake and as long as I finish I'll be happy!!!
