Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In a moment of madness I talked myself into doing an open water swim when I started swimming again earlier this year. Then it escalated!  I am now doing the Great North Swim :)  So far, I have subjected myself to howling gales and freezing temperatures and the indignity of an unfeasibly tight wetsuit.  If these endeavours alone don't encourage you to 'pity' sponsor me I've added a picture for your general amusement.
