25th June…..8 weeks today 😬 what am I doing??
So last year I somehow thought signing up to Total Warriors 12k challenge was a good idea, yeah me and my dodgy back. I said I was only going to do it and do it for the hospice. Then I nearly pulled out of it a few weeks ago after tests showed my back was double the dodginess I thought…….but then, then things happened and one of the closest poeople in my life had there world kind of turned upside down and had the toughest few weeks and it just made me think that absolutely none of us know what is round the corner, and whether good or bad, it’s a scary thought. I’ve known people who have had the best care at St Mary’s Hospice and we are so lucky to have it on our door step. I hope that none of my nearest ever have to use it but there is a chance that people we know will.
So yes I am going to do this along with a coach load of other lunatics from teens to parents from ulverston rugby. Bert and Louis are signed up and ready to throw me over a few walls. So any donations would be so hugely appreciated 💙💛xx
