I am taking part in the 2015 Lion Dash on the 18th January in Penang. This is a 10 km obstacles and adventure race with; climbing tyre piles, archery, rock climbing, carying tyres, crawling under nets, running up stairs, jumping over walls, crawling through mud, gladiator challenge, climbing over baricades and walking through an ice pit, not to mention the 10 km through jungle terian. I would like to raise money for the conservation of the Orangutan, the king of the jungle here in Malaysia. http://www.liondash.com/
