On 22nd of June I'm going to walk a marathon distance of 26.2 miles in aid of the Sheffield Scanner campaign. The campaign aims to provide an MRI-PET facility in Sheffield, the first such facility in Yorkshire.

It will be located at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital on the central University campus, and will play a crucial role for clinical use and research in many areas of medicine, including Alzheimer’s disease, Cancer and Motor Neuron Disease.
