Hi!  My name is Kara and I'm 12 years old.  I decided to donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust because they make wigs for children who have sadly lost their hair due to cancer treatment.  My hair will grow back.  It may take some time for it to get to this length again (9 inches at the shortest bit, 22 inches at the longest!!) but I think it will be worth it, especially if it helps one child's self-confidence.

My wonderful hairdresser Caroline, from Anderson French Hairdressing, has kindly agreed to donate her time to cut off all of my hair.  This will happen on Saturday 15th March 2014 at 10.45am at Anderson French, High Street, Kirkcaldy.  You are welcome to come and watch!

It costs £350 (on average) to make just one wig.  I would love to be able to send The Little Princess Trust this amount of money, as well as my hair!
