As a mum of three teenagers I appreciate how important it is to have support and guidance as a young person. A safe environment to develop  and learn. Home is one of these places and WYZ is another. Not everyone has the benefit of both.  WYZ helps ensure that all young people of Wigan receive a fair opportunity to thrive. They are dedicated to raising aspirations, building resilience and providing a safe place to have fun and grow.

Earlier this year I became  patron and I pledged raise £1,000 to help WYZ continue its amazing work in our community. Nine of my wonderful family and friends have volunteered to help me by each committing to 100 miles of our virtual trip from Lands End to John O Groats throughout November 2020.
