Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

Now I'm sure we all know somebody that has been affected by heart disease. I certainly have. I have now decided that it's time I pulled my finger out and started helping the people that need it. 

I've decided to run in the Bupa Great South Run on the 27th October 2013. I thought I would start getting sponsors as early as possible as I really do want to make a difference. However, I need your help.

The pain this will cause me in running will not be anywhere near the pain of which families and friends face when a loved one is affected by heart disease or any disease for that matter. But I feel this is a way in which I can contribute to making a difference. 

So if you've been affected by heart disease or even if you haven't, please can you find it within yourselves to help me make a difference.
