After an unexpected wait in 2020, this year I will finally complete my ultimate bucket-list challenge, trekking through the Himalayas to reach the base of the world's highest and most famous mountain.

As part of my challenge, I am fundraising for Action Against Hunger to support their lifesaving work in almost 50 countries, including in Nepal itself.
