I'm embarking on this three day journey to the White Mountains because I'm passionate about helping others. I immigrated to the US from Poland to get my Ph.D thanks to a generous donation to Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Graduate Program. I had no local support network and struggled with English and insecurity. The Life Science Community welcomed me with open arms and thanks to their support, mentoring, and generosity I am now the co-founder of two successful genomics companies.
