I'd like to thank everyone  who has donated on this page and offline and given me the confidence to do this, my grandma means the world to me and sadly she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years ago, the help and support that the Alzheimer's society has given me and my grandad who was her carer has been incredible and if I can do my bit to help them back then I will be very happy.
