I am raising money for this charity because the palliative care nurse helped my mum last year and me. she was amazing my mum was in a lot of pain and the nurses were very busy on the ward it was the palliative care nurse that demanded adequate pain relief for my mum and supported me on one of the hardest and most horrific days of my life and for that I'm forever grateful x
