My Grandma, Lilian Lyall, has recently died after suffering from Alzheimer's Disease for the last few years of her life. It was so sad to see her memories of a full and active life disappear.She received wonderful care during her final years and received the best medical treatment currently possible. I am fundraising so that the Alzheimer's Society can continue funding research into the areas of cause, cure and prevention of this terrible disease.
