Vincent Senior and Junior have set off on a mammoth cycle from Bingley to Grand Bornand in the French Alps to mark John's 50th birthday!

John,  a former Chair of Mind in Bradford, will be on the road with his son Alfie, 19, for ten days to raise money for local mental health support.

Mind in Bradford offers a range of services from being a listening ear at the end of a phone to urgent, crisis support. They offer wellbeing groups, peer support and courses to help people manage their mental health, sometimes saving lives and often helping to build happy and fulfilling ones.

Last year the Mind in Bradford team supported over 3,000 people but they want to help more.

One in four of us will suffer a mental health problem. Please help Mind in Bradford by giving a donation, however small.
