Story

This is my third year of taking part in Just Water - am I glutton for punishment?

Not only is Just Water the ultimate detox after an over-indulgent Christmas, but by fundraising for WaterAid I can help to change lives with the gift of clean water.

Today, there are almost 800 million people around the world who have no access to clean water. Dirty water muddies everything from health care to education. By raising money for WaterAid, we can change that and help bring clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to everyone everywhere.

Last year was hard! As a tea-addict, I struggled during the first couple of weeks but it got easier and it di help me develop better habits for the rest of the year. I'm hoping this year will be easier, but time will tell!
