I, like so many of us, have lost loved ones to cancer and Macmillan have always been there to support, be it emotional, physical or financial. More recently however, cancer is a lot LOT closer to home, my best friend, my wonderful Mummy (AKA Suzey K!) is currently battling her way through after a heartbreaking diagnosis we got just before Christmas, that has more recently turned out to be terminal too 💔 Macmillan have been and continue to be a huge support to my mum, me and my family. They are an incredible charity who employ the most wonderful people and I do not know where many of us would be without their support. 

Feeling helpless as you do at times like this when things are completely out of your control I wanted to try and give back, and what happens to pop up on my Instagram feed but the Yorkshire Dales Mighty Hike! 26 MILES of the Yorkshire Dales! Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy walking but a marathon's worth is going to be TOUGH! I ran six miles once...and I spent the remainder of the day in bed napping! But hey, this is ‘just’ a walk and what's another 20 miles, right? 😬 

I know there are lots of charities dear to people's hearts and many of us donate multiple times a year so a huge thank you to anyone who can spare even just a couple of quid, we are so so grateful! 💞
