Yes, it's that time again, a year flies by so fast!!  So here it is the request for you to dig deep and help to fund research and ultimately find a cure for blood cancer........

My lovely and inspirational Mum, Dorothy Connor was diagnosed with Lymphoma over 12 years ago and continues every day to fight with an amazing inner strength and determination. I am thankful once again that I will be running in celebration of her life, this year, in the hope that this will be the case for many years to come.

Not forgetting those who have lost the fight - for little Charlotte Wren, the LLR Angel who has left a legacy beyond words and for John Donlon, a much loved Uncle who lost his battle with blood cancer earlier this year.
