I ran the 2017 London marathon and decided to run again in 2019 to try break my previous time.

At the same time I'd like to raise some money for Dockland Settlement.

They're a small local charity that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged people in London. Your money will help provide a range of services that may seem simple to you and I but make a huge difference to those who receive them. For example your donation will help pay for a football coach to train adults with disabilities (for some of whom this is their only exercise each week) and to provide floristry and exercise classes to the elderly who may be isolated and/or lonely in the community.
