As many of you are aware the past twelve months have been very tricky for my family. My mum was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer and put up a great fight. She was treated as an outpatient in the Alaw department at YG. 

Mum unfortunately lost her fight on the 30th March this year after a hard fought battle. She loved walking and was know as one of the mountain goats in her Friday walking group. Matt and myself thought it a fitting tribute would be to hike up Snowdon as part of the 'By your side' campaign. As up until the end we were by mum's side. 

Marley is also joining us on the day. ( He is going to pull me up the mountain hopefully)
