Story
Due to poor weather this week the jump has been rescheduled (more time to raise even more!!)
On 14th June we (Anu, James and our nephew Jack) will take on the challenge of 7,000 ft tandem skydive. This will be a big challenge for all of us, but especially for James who has been putting this off for 2 years ever since his wife (Anu) bought it for him as a gift. But what made him change his mind? His cousin’s beautiful grand-daughter Eden.
Here is Eden's story....
Eden was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer on 6th July 2017, when she was just 2 years old. It's been hard on everyone, but especially Eden. Neuroblastoma is an aggressive form of childhood cancer which has an 82% chance of relapse in the first 2 months.
Eden has already undergone chemotherapy which consisted of up to 3 chemo liquids every ten days, after this her stem cells were taken from her and she then had a high-dose chemotherapy course of a week of full on chemotherapy, where she stayed in great Ormond street hospital for five weeks having the stem cell reimplanted afterwards to help her body repair.
As if all of this wasn’t enough, she’s just gone through a trial for high dose radiotherapy, and is currently undergoing a treatment course of immunotherapy. All this is the frontline treatment for this cancer that the NHS provide, they saved her life but her journey is not over.
Even with all the generous help by the NHS, this aggressive cancer has a 82% chance of coming back. There is a vaccination called Bivalant that is only available in America. The cost of the treatment is estimated at £200,000. This is potentially life-saving treatment.
We are determined to help raise the money for Eden so that she has the best possible chance at life. We have until the end of the Summer to do this. Please help us help Eden and donate for this amazing, brave little girl. Much love James, Anu Jack and The Eden Eyre fairy project xxx

The Bradley Lowery foundation has been set up to help families who need to fund raise for treatment or equipment, not available on the NHS. We will support families through their fundraising campaign in order to help achieve their targets. We offer not only support, but grants where eligible.
