Thousands of people in the UK are diagnosed with cancer each year. 

This year, both my mother (Juliette) and my grandmother (June) have both been diagnosed with different forms of this horrific disease. 

Without Cancer Research UK, there would be little progress on the way to the prevention, cure, treatment and management of this disease. We want to run the Race for Life in order to help Cancer Research UK continue to search for the cure for cancer and to continue the amazing work they already do.
