I'm lucky, I don't have a personal story, but like all of us I know someone who has. All of us will know of someone close to us whose loved one has spent some if not all their last days receiving palliative care in a Hospice. Weldmar receive 70% of their funding from volunteers and donations, the rest from the NHS. 

It is a vital service to carers and service users. A service most of us are unable to provide ourselves, for which I am grateful.

Charlotte and I will be undertaking this 6.5mile (10k) walk at Midnight this Saturday 18th August, so please whatever you can spare to sponsor us. Thank you, Juliet & Charlotte xx
