Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In August, I will be walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, and as well as fundraising for two other charitites, I am also raising funds in aid of the MPS Society, in memory of my friend's husband, Gareth Evans, who died from Fabry disease at the age of 39 years.
Fabry Disease is a very rare genetic disease which affects the kidneys, heart and brain. The MPS Society is the umbrella organisation who funds research and offers support and advice into this terrible disease.
You have probably never heard of Fabry Disease or the MPS Society, and this is why I think it is important to highlight this cause. They are a wonderful charity whose work makes a huge different to sufferers and their families. Please take some time to check out their website at www.mpssociety.co.uk
