I recently heard about a friend of a friends son being diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (dmd) I had never heard of this condition before and after hearing a bit about it i began to look online and read a bit more about it.

I felt very sad at the thought of being a mother finding out your child had this and could not stop thinking about it. So then i felt like i wanted to try and put my thoughts to some use and raise some money and more awareness to this condition.

So me and my 10yr old daughter have decided to do a sponsored walk and raise money doing this. So opened this page to be able to raise money from ppl we may not be able to collect sponsors from personally :-)
