Peterborough Memory Walk, Ferry Meadows · 7 September 2014 ·
As you all know, my grandchildren can wrap me around their little fingers. So when my 11 year old granddaughter, Meg, asked me to go for a walk with her in Ferry Meadows, I of course said yes. I have now found out it is a ten mile memory walk in aid of Alzheimer's!
So to make this walk appear more appealing, it would be great if I could raise some money for this very worthy cause whilst I'm doing the walk. The good news is that it is the Bank's charity of the year and any money raised will go towards our team's total.
If you are able to donate a small amount to this very worthwhile cause, I would be extremely grateful.
