Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Following our son Blair's life saving liver transplant in 2008, our family have continued to benefit from the support of the Children's Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF). The information and support they provide to families living with liver disease is invaluable, and they continue to promote awareness of liver disease in the healthcare community and research into childhood liver disease.
CLDF is a unique national charity dedicated to
taking action against the effects of all liver diseases of childhood, and will continue to support Blair as he grows up with his new liver. CLDF is:
- a comprehensive information hub for healthcare professionals and the general public
- a tailored support service for children, young people and young adults with liver disease and their families
- the lead charity supporting medical research into all aspects of childhood liver diseases
- the voice for children, young people and young adults with a childhood liver disease and their families
