We provide hospice care and support to people in Swindon and north Wiltshire

Story

This will be the 5th year I have taken part in the Swindon Starlight Walk for the Prospect Hospice. Come rain or shine it is always a fantastic night where the Prospect Hospice create a magical party atmosphere where we all come together to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones that are no longer with us. Everyone has their own stories and experiences to share and reasons for wanting to raise money for the hospice.

The Prospect Hospice are an amazing charity that provide care, support and dignity for people battling with a terminal illness.  Prospect Hospice care is free and so the money raised is vital for all that they do for patients and their families.

My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2004 and passed away at the hospice in 2010. Richard, myself and our young daughters benefited from the care and service they provided from diagnosis through to end of life care and beyond.
