Spin for Stroke
Campaign by Stroke Association (RCN 211015)
When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our Spin for Stroke Challenge means it's never been easier for you to support us to rebuild lives.

Story

I have worked with stroke patients for nearly 30 years now, and feel honoured every day to be able to help them and their families to move forward on their stroke recovery journey, ......and I've loved cycling for even longer, so it made sense to put the 2 together and set myself the challenge of riding 150 miles in a day to raise funds for the Stroke Association who play a really important part in that journey.
