Story

Free-falling for 45 seconds.....    from 13,000ft.....    at 200km per hour.....    straight down!!

Jumping out of a plane will be a huge challenge for me, but people suffering from mental health problems face challenges every day, without the comfort of a parachute. To make my personal challenge even more rewarding, I've decided to raise as much money as possible to support the work of the Mental Health Foundation.

The Mental Health Foundation has been a leader in the field of mental health research since 1949 and has been providing training and support for those affected for over 60 years.

Mental Health affects us all. How we think and feel about ourselves and we cope in tough times. It affects our ability to make the most of the opportunities that come our way and how we interact with our colleagues, friends and family. It’s also thought to be closely linked with our physical health.

Whether we call it well-being, emotional welfare or mental health, it’s key to living a fulfilling life.
