Gaby and I have chosen to attempt the Swimm22 challenge for Diabetes UK. Our challenge is to swim 22 miles (the equivalent of swimming the English Channel) and we have 13 weeks to complete it, starting on Tuesday 17th July 2012 at the DW gym in Bolton.
