Make life brighter for spinal cord injured people this Christmas

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Later this month Chris Freestone and Reg Perrins will be
embarking on their annual challenge supporting the Spinal Injuries Association
(SIA).
This involves cycling some 200 miles over 3 days from Sinaia to Sibiu as part of a mixed group of cyclists including some with a Spinal Cord Injury.  None of us have been to Romania previously yet alone the central Region of Transylvania and our knowledge is pretty sketchy apart from that we are visiting Dracula’s castle. There is a real sense of challenge in that the terrain is described as hilly,  the roads poor in places and we are being provided with unknown bikes upon arrival.  Really what could wrong!
As previously all of the costs of the challenge itself have
been covered by ourselves which means that 100% of your sponsorship goes to the charity itself.  T
he Spinal Injuries Association is a charity close to our
hearts and  it does invaluable work in supporting the 40,000
children and adults living with a Spinal Cord Injury in the UK.  The
work the SIA do is even more invaluable now in that it assists the many
individuals who have been informed that they cannot receive services in their
own homes due to funding cuts.
Please donate now as your money really does make a
difference.

Thank You.

Chris & Reg.
