Story
My First Half Marathon😬
As most of you all know we sadly lost Dad in June 2017.He attended a day center run by Age Uk and loved going there each week. Through his condition he lost a lot of his social life and wasn’t able to do half the things he liked doing. The Center helped a lot with this, it was somewhere safe he could go and make new friends, chat, play various games (dominoes his favourite:)) and enjoy regular day trips. Simple things people take for granted in life. So this is a charity close to us, and this is my way of giving back and saying thanks for all the work Age Uk do.
Donating to this page will help the national Age UK to continue providing vital services that offer companionship, advice and support for millions of older people facing later life alone.
