Andrew & Jayne are currently in training to take part in the Dougie Mac 5k run/walk,Potteries Arf Marathon on June 12th and the Mow Cop Killer Mile - all in memory of our lovely mum who was tragically taken from us in October last year. This will be a struggle but they are determined to complete this for Mum and at the same time raise vital funds for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Without the support from their Hospice at Home Service our mum would never have been able to fulfil her wish of coming home from hospital and spending precious time with us all during the final two weeks of her life. The support & care from their staff was amazing. Without them - we wouldn't have coped. We want to support them as much as possible so that their service can continue to help other patients and families who sadly find themselves in such a desperate & devastating situation as ours. We could never thank them enough for what they did but will try to help others by supporting them.You never think  that it can happen to you and it's hard for us to believe it even now.Any donation is welcome.
