Story
So...I last ran the 10K 7 years ago when I was a fit, lean running machine...now it just hurts! But I really want to get my aching bones through the 10K to show support and raise money for Fareshare. They take good food which would go to waste and distribute it to over 100 charities in and around Bristol that support vulnerable people.
I am part of a team including family and friends which is great and keeps me going. My training includes going out running at 7.30am several times a week....ouch!
